Visited the Jem boutique and was attended by Cherry. She knows Shiseido products well and advised me accordingly without being pushy. She has a welcoming and cheerful disposition which made choosing my products a lot of fun. Happy with my purchase and will definitely visit again.

Was served by Cherry — excellent service! She’s super friendly, knowledgeable, and really took the time to understand my skin concerns. Gave honest recommendations (not just pushing expensive items) and explained clearly how to use the products. Very professional and not pushy at all. Can see she genuinely wants to help customers. Really appreciate her help — will definitely come back and recommend my friends too!

Nowadays very hard to find a good and knowledgeable person that understand customer needs. Cherry is the best person to go! She understand my needs and not only that, she will recommend products that suits my face. She’s not pushy. I’m satisfied and happy with her service. Thank you Cherry!

Chloe is very patient and soft spoken. I came over to redeem the birthday facial. The experience was good as she uses soft and gentle strokes. I was not able to make it for my appointment at 1.30pm but she was flexible to let me change to 7pm despite being alone in the shop. I appreciate your patience and flexibility. (Unable to add photos as the Add photos button is not working)

Cherry, she has a problem with understanding customer needs, she wants to sell what she wants without caring about what the customer needs. i ended up choosing a full size cream to redeem my points that had no expiration date and no information on the packaging For redeem points usually all her colleagues will show me the redeem products but she told me she don’t have it and just tell me 2-3 products and she don’t want to understand what i needs she just want me to buy the items she wanted to sell Very unhappy with that service

Cherry it’s giving me good option for Revital Essence Glow Foundation shade that’s not too yellow for my skin tone.Love how she do shade matches for me and choose the right color for my skin tone.She also give me skincare sample to try out base on the Skin analysis first without being pushy as it’s my first time trying out Shiseido.Thank you Cherry for the great experience shopping 🛍️ in Jem Store:)
