The contact number is just for display purposes only. I call for 2 days no answer or return call. Whatapp also no reply. I purchase the item that need to order and request for payment first. Seller inform they will contact me when the stock arrival. The seller inform that the stock will be arrival within few days. Already 1 week and no news yet. Try to contact the number that i found in Google but no responding. I make my trip down and notice that stock already there and waiting for collection but no one is contact or follow up to ask me for collection. So better to think twice before make payment. Once payment no follow up will be done by them. This will be my last purchase with them. 👎👎👎 I call the number that show in this Google page. 88828112. I have send whatapp to this number too. To correct you. Your company is not delay to contacting me, the correct word is totally did contact/follow up after purchase.

Bought a mini nebulizer on 16 July 2021 and I dropped by today due to some issues. I didn't get the employee's name but she seemed senior with a junior employee tagged. I explained that the nebulizer has minimal to no mist even when I set it at maximum (120s). She then turned it on at 120s and placed the nebulizer really close to her nose and insisted there is scent. With frustration, I then explained that yes there is scent but this is a nebulizer. It is supposed to fill the room with scent and of course, that's the purpose of the mist. I turned it on at 120s for hours but there's no scent at all. Which is definitely off because it wasn't like this when I first bought it. With my explanation, she then checked under light for the mist and after a good 40 secs, she acknowledged something is wrong and she will sent it for CLEANING. Upon clarifying if there's an exchange policy within 7 days or within warranty period (I remembered an experienced staff once told me but I couldn't remember the timeline), she confirmed with me thrice that there is NO such thing as exchange. But when I checked Scentbysix website (takes less than a min), I noticed there's an exchange if item is defect within 7 days of purchase. When she wrote down my details, she got the date of purchase wrong and needed me to correct her. She scribbled the wrong date with no apologies. The experience was unpleasant and extremely unprofessional. I was taken aback when she had no idea about the company's exchange policy. I sincerely hope nebulizer will be given back to me in optimal condition after estimated 1-2 weeks of waiting. The choice of word she used was "cleaning" instead of servicing. @management, please look into it.

Visited this store not expecting to purchase anything. However, working staff, Sonya, was very helpful in explaining the different scents and served me with such passion that I felt like I wanted to get one, and I did. I was left very satisfied with my purchase which was gift wrapped beautifully with a handwritten card as well.
