Bad bad experience… was held back for about 30-40mins by the sales promoter even though i told her i would consider buying the product. She kept pressing me on to buy the product even though i was a student..(these products were expensive) she started to use her hands on my face and i was so shocked because i have acne prone skin..could have asked for permission.. goodness😭

The shop assistant has no sense of boundaries，keep using their dirty hand (they use the hand to touch ipad then touch my face) to touch me when promoting their products. And also can’t understand what i am saying even though they are from China n i speak Chinese to them!!

Beautician Jia Wen is great at creating a comfortable environment during my appointment. She talks through the process and fills you in regarding the products specifically their benefits for your skin. Overall very satisfied with the service.
