With variety choices on gifts, stuffed toys and chocolate/snacks. A friendly staff give well explanation on the products and share her experience on using it (soap). Besides all good, this shop has to improve their staffs to staffs communication, is not very harmonious, need ice breaker in between them. Cheers

nice little shop with some good ideas for gifts. in fact, they have quite a huge variety of items in store that could very easily be a good gift for someone. staff have really been friendly and helpful too.

Patronised this outlet yesterday, and right before I stepped into the store, this Indian lady staff member was already looking at me. Staring at me throughout my entire visit at the store, until I finally made my purchase, did she stop her staring. Extreme turn off for me, it feels offensive to be stared at and it just feels like every single move you make is monitored by a hundred over CCTVs. At one point, I had my back turned to her, and in less than 5 minutes, she scurried to the outside of the shop, standing somewhere diagonal to me. When I went to another corner of the shop, and I was struggling with the notebook, as I only had one hand available, since the other one had bags, she suddenly appeared out of nowhere. She offered her help, and so I thought might as well, just let her do what she wants to do. She proceeded to take the item that I'd picked out, before bringing it to the counter, this went on for the rest of the items that I purchased.
This behaviour is exactly the same as the staff member at the Marina Square outlet, during my visit a couple of months back. I guess they train all of their staff members to watch the customers like a hawk. It's uncomfortable and annoying to be very honest, and you're treating your customers like thieves. No wonder there are barely any customers. Not forgetting the high prices of their merchandise too.

The lady staff is very arrogant and indifferent to customer’s questions. It looks like I own her something. More importantly, she cannot even wrap a gift properly. She made the wrap with big bumps under the box and used very obvious tapes, for 3 dollars each! I could have done a better job than that! I can’t stopped laughing when I saw the outcome cuz it was an important gift and I just trusted that anyone from a gift shop should be able to wrap it well. Please be more professional and thoughtful in the future.

I like how the shop sells cute plushies and lots of items great for gifting. However, the female staff was really rude. I was choosing a gift for my young niece but the staff kept following me around very closely and eyeing on me like she was afraid that I would steal??? It made me felt very uncomfortable. I will never patronise Precious Thoughts again.

Precious Thoughts is one of the store I love most to shop in SG❤️. No matter in which locations as long as I saw one in the mall, I will just sneak in 😁 They are polite and friendly at their service.
I seldom pop up myself in JEM outlet although I stay in Jurong area yet with the good service they warmth service makes me go there more often. Many thanks to the JEM outlet staff with all the latest updates of their products. Keep up all your good service effort and wish all of you good health too.
