I’ve told the manicurists that I’ll be doing a classic gel mani and pedi, I didn’t even say that I wanted to do nail fungal treatment but they said I’ve agreed to do it. One of the manicurists was chatting with me and I didn’t remember saying I wanted to do the fungal treatment but I had to pay with it using my credits, I felt outraged. The feet bath soak was also increased to $18 from the previous $15 but they didn’t inform me beforehand. I came just 2 weeks ago and the price was just $15 and now they have increased it but don’t have to responsibility to inform their customers. I will not buy anymore packages from them, every time I go they will push me new packages despite me signing new ones one after another. Just because your customer is nice doesn’t mean you can go overboard. I’m utterly disappointed with their service.

My first encounter with Pixie Nail Spa was an unplanned stop during a shopping trip, and I am so glad I took a chance. The entire salon was spotless, and the staff greeted me with genuine warmth. Lina helped me pick out a color that was both professional and modern, perfect for an upcoming business event. Her steady hand and artistic touch left my nails looking better than they ever have, and I received multiple compliments.

While the quality of the nail services are generally good, my experience during each visit is EXTREMELY UNPLEASANT.
Firstly, because of the aggressive hard selling tactics - often with two therapists accosting you at the same time while you are still seated, making it difficult to leave the salon. It is extremely stressful every time because they won’t take no for an answer and resort to begging at the end for you to support them (when you just bought an add on package with them a few months ago).
Also, there are a lot of unnecessary “add ons” for their nail colour - about 80% of the nail colour choices require an additional top up fee.
Finally, the nail therapists claim to be able to diagnose fungal infections of the hands and feet in a bid to sell a fungus package - each time my excuse is that I have already been prescribed a fungal treatment by my doctor.
I really hope the business owner can review their selling tactics - the hard selling is a major turn off. This isn’t the first Pixie Nail Spa branch I’ve experience this at, and I am seriously reconsidering coming back again because of this.

I recently ventured into Pixie Nail Spa after reading stellar feedback online. The ambiance was welcoming, and the staff took the time to understand my preferences. Lina recommended a subtle yet elegant nail art design that turned out to be exactly what I’d envisioned. One thing that stood out to me was how carefully the team manages cleanliness—I felt completely at ease, which made the experience all the more pleasant.

Upon entering Pixie Nail Spa for the first time, I noticed how much space they had, allowing a comfortable distance between customers. Lina gave me a warm welcome and took her time assessing my nails, which had been weakened by constant gel applications elsewhere. She gently filed them, added a strengthening base coat, and finished off with a color that complimented my skin tone perfectly. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome.

I had been hearing buzz about Pixie Nail Spa for months before I finally booked an appointment. Now, I can confidently say the hype is well-deserved. My pedicure with Nichole addressed some lingering issues I had been ignoring, like cracked heels and rough patches. She was thorough, and the salon’s cleanliness was evident from start to finish. It was such a satisfying experience, I’ve already scheduled my next visit.

I’ve always enjoyed experimenting with nail colors, and Lina at Pixie Nail Spa has such an intuitive sense for what shades would complement my skin tone. She recommended a gradient nail design that turned out beautifully. The entire experience, from the relaxing foot soak to the final coat of polish, was delightful. The staff’s hospitality also contributed to the overall warmth and comfort I felt during my visit.

Whenever I need a confidence boost, I head to Pixie Nail Spa for a fresh manicure or pedicure. The staff’s expertise shines through in everything they do, and their friendly personalities create a warm atmosphere that keeps me coming back. Nichole’s knowledge about foot care was particularly impressive, especially her insights on treating my mild toe fungus. Every appointment feels like a therapeutic mini-escape.

I had heard wonderful things about Pixie Nail Spa’s eyebrow embroidery services, so I decided to give it a try. Moon was extremely patient in discussing my preferences, ensuring that the final look would still feel like “me.” The procedure was surprisingly comfortable, and I was blown away by how natural the end result was. The added bonus was the relaxed vibe throughout the salon, making me feel pampered every minute I was there.

Just for express gel pedicure that is done within 25 mins, total damage is $95. Basic gel pedicure is $78 + add on min. $10 for more colours + GST. For this price, probably better to go for a massage.
