Leon Lee was super attentive and friendly when I came in to look for a foot massager. He provides very detail explanation and also give good recommendation on what’s suitable for me. Top notch customer service as he even turned off the lights when I was trying out the new uDivine V2 with a blanket to cover my legs. If u want to buy OSIM, come look for him 👍

Had a good experience speaking with Leon and he has gone through the tutorials with me on all three models of the massage chair. Leon is friendly and he will answer all questions patiently. The features of the app is easy to use too! The way how he promote the features makes you feel comfortable and won’t feel too forceful to purchase the product. :) Look forward to speak to him the next time if I had doubts on the usage of the massage chair.

We ordered the Udream Massage Chair on 10th January and received it on 18th January. I can honestly say it’s been an excellent investment for our family! We've been using it every day, and it's been fantastic at relieving exhaustion, pain, and discomfort. The massage functions are so effective and truly make a difference. One of my personal favorite features is the Sleep Well Program. After just 15 minutes on the chair, I notice significant improvements in my sleep quality. It’s become a nightly ritual, and I wake up feeling more rested and refreshed than before. A big thank you to Terence Tay (JEM) for his exceptional customer service. He provided us with all the information we needed and was incredibly helpful throughout the process. While explaining all the features and benefits, I have to admit, I was so relaxed on the massage chair during the demo that I could hardly keep my eyes open! Overall, the Udream Massage Chair has exceeded our expectations, and with Terence’s excellent support, this has been a wonderful experience. Highly recommend!
