I must say, the marketing strategy using this SIZE of paper bag is genius! 😂 As someone who's always been enthusiastic about phone cameras, I was impressed by the camera features of this brand, which I hadn't considered before. The customer service I received from Mike at JEM was top-notch, he knowns his products very well. No hard sell, very friendly and smiley. 👍 Switching from Samsung to Oppo and I'm looking forward to exploring the phone's features in more depth. 😀

Wow.. guys.. Christy is AMAZING. HER PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE IS LIKE A WALKING GPT. FASTER THAN A GPT. The whole place is quick, efficient, excellent. They think FOR the customer. Highly reviewed and will be my go-to oppo store EVEN though I stay in the east. My gosh. I don't get impressed easily but I AM!

I had the pleasure of being assisted by Guo Hua, and I must say his service was exceptional. He was not only knowledgeable about the Oppo Find X8 but also patient, attentive, and genuinely committed to helping me find exactly what I needed. His friendly attitude and professionalism made the whole buying experience smooth and enjoyable. Guo Hua truly goes above and beyond — a great example of excellent customer service. Have a very good service from Guo Hua. He is very professional and patient in assisting my purchases. Just sharing, if you're buying an oppo Reno 13 in January 2025, you will get this Pandan Chan box! Received very good service from the staff. Assisted to set up Reno 8T for my mum and even helped to transferred all data from mum’s old phone to the new one. The guy was so patient with my mum who is not tech savvy, he made it easy to understand and set everything properly for her. We left the store feeling very satisfied and happy. The only cons is that the concept store does not have a wide range of phone accessories (phone cases, tempered glass protectors) which is quite unfortunate. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and thank you for the good service rendered.
