I would like to express my gratitude towards the staff name Yvonne which i was attended to at JEM Shopping Centre. She was helpful, knowledgeable in explaining about the broadband i enquire about. She was bubbly and i feel at ease to communicate throughout the whole process. The process was fast, efficient and explanatory. My mum's SIM card suddenly stopped working, and headed over to this MyRepublic JEM outlet for help. As her mobile line is under my account name, I had to provide an authorization letter for the customer service office to replace a new SIM card for her. She was not able to access any data & sms during this period and she was alone. She sought help from MyRepublic customer service officer to provide hotpspot so she could contact me to give her the authorization letter, but the customer service office brushed her off and said they don't provide such "service", and redirected her to the JEM concierge for help. She could not access JEM public wifi as well because they required SMS OTP. JEM concerige staff was helpful instead and provided their own personal mobile hotspot for her. My mum is an elderly and alone, and needed help with a product that was provided by MyRepublic mobile, but both the product and service has failed her. This was the 2nd time she had to replace her SIM card. I hope MyRepublic management team look into this seriously - customer service officer should try to offer as much as help as possible. Please put yourself in my shoes if you have an elderly mum feeling lost and helpless. Thank you.

Feedback to the management: your counter staff, plump lady with long hair… so engrossed with the personal call that she didn’t realised that I am waiting and trying to approach the counter. She was laughing and talking so loudly that her voice could be heard all the way to IKEA. It was disruptive, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable for someone in a customer-facing role. To make matters worse, I noticed she was eating ice cream at the counter while on duty. I was honestly shocked to see such casual and careless behavior from a front-line staff member. It gives the impression that there is no supervision or sense of professionalism at all. I strongly urge management to review the CCTV footage for 15 October … you will see that she was on the phone and behaving in this manner. This kind of conduct seriously damages the company’s image and the overall customer experience. I hope immediate corrective action is taken to ensure that staff uphold basic standards of professionalism in the future.

Don’t bother to come here for your problem because the lady will tell you she cannot help and you have to call the customer service. When you are unfriendly and unhelpful, please don’t be in counter service. I told her my dad is staying in a new place with helper and I need to install the board band quickly but she simply said “I can’t help and you have to call the customer service” so I asked if I can cancel and apply with other service provider and she said “you got to pay $200 plus” . Sighed..normally I can pay for priority service. If anything happen to my dad, the helper cannot reach out to us.

I simply asked him what is it he’s selling the bundle and he’s so offensive and scolded me I selling wifi got problem? What is his problem? That’s not the way to treat ur customer or people who enquire. It was on a weekday. The shop will close down with such staff. A helper who was standing by was shocked by his reply.

Went to this place to trouble shoot connection problem and there were about 5 people being attended to by Andy alone. He was very calm collected and sort all customers in multi tasking mode and did it well. Well done Andy.
