Trying out this new place even though the reviews were very mixed. The signature fried rice was good, nice blend of lap cheong, yam bits, cabbage and chunks of eggs. Goes perfectly well with their special chilli oil sauce! The salt pepper rub pork rib is also a must try. Soft fragrant and pairs well with lime and the salt. Only so so part is the braised tofu and the 3 cup chicken, chicken was a little too tough for our liking. Overall not too bad. Might be back another time to try the noodles and soup which everyone says was tasteless. Lol.

Came in on a whim after I noticed all the Michelin signs and it was not too busy on a Tuesday evening. Beautiful interiors and very good service. The soup was so flavorful and refreshing. The sesame noodles were excellent. Will definitely come again.

Tried the spicy sesame noodles and is very interesting (if you love peanut paste, you’ll love it). The cordycep flower soup is fragrant also, the cabbage within the soup is fresh and huge. First time trying and will come back again!

Trying out this new restaurant at Jem, was told by the staff that this is a famous restaurants in Taiwan, and hence come in and try. The soup is nice and was enough for 2 person to share. The chill is self made and is not for sale. Had noodles and this braised dishes. Will come again to try their other dishes...

Tried this place recently and was pleasantly surprised! The chili was absolutely awesome—a Chinese-style blend that paired perfectly with the small prawns. It went especially well with the prawn crackers. The braised pork intestines, collar meat, and seaweed were all delicious—flavorful without being overly sweet. The rice was another highlight: generous enough to be shared between two people, and the mushroom rice in particular is a must-order. The only slight letdowns were the 3 wine chicken, which had meat that was a bit tough, and the vegetables, which were a little on the oily side. Overall, though, it was a good experience. The food was tasty and at an acceptable level for the price paid. Would definitely return to try more dishes!
