Only 1 nurse working on 18th Sep night! She had to do everything frm registration, handling people's queries, helping the doctor and taking the medicine. Waited almost 1 hrs for my medication and asked her multiple times why is it taking so long? She said follow que number but I already saw 2 people who came before me already left!

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Mimned Clinic. I had booked a medical check-up appointment online several days in advance, which included an X-ray. When I arrived at the clinic today, the counter staff informed me that this branch does not have X-ray facilities and suggested that I go to the Jurong Point branch instead to complete the full check-up (blood test + X-ray), since I would be heading there anyway. This information was not clearly stated during the online booking process. The website only mentions that X-ray services are available on weekdays from 9am–5pm, but does not indicate that this branch does not offer X-ray at all. If such a crucial part of the check-up isn’t available at the location, it should have been made very clear during appointment booking. I took leave from work and made time to travel over, only to be told I’d need to rebook at another branch. Totally wasted my time. Very poor communication and coordination. Please improve your online booking system and provide accurate service details by location.

Very very very bad experience, my appointment 6pm, only manage get consultants 715pm. Only collected medication 814pm. What is purpose having appointment system?? People who walk in was much faster.

I actually want to give zero star! I booked the slot online to take flue vaccination, but still waited almost two hours, I can’t understand the meaning of appointment in advance and taking vaccination don’t need see doctor, why need wait so long time, we waited from morning open to lunch break, unbelievable, will not come again
