My experience at Michael Trio was great! Service by Charm was very good and thorough. :) She explained the pros and cons of having different designs of the wedding bands along with my engagement ring and I very quickly decided on one that my fiance and I liked. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for wedding bands and engagement rings! 💍

My fiancé bought the engagement ring from michael trio and had such a pleasant experience that we had to come back for the wedding bands as well! Our P.O.C Xin, was very responsive and patient, answering all the questions we had and kindly following up with all our customization requests. Rings were affordable and very pretty overall!

Sales assistant Su Ling was very attentive to the wedding band design that I wanted and she also suggested similar designs for the best look. I appreciate her patience as I was a little indecisive as I was quite spoilt for choice. She also helped me to resize my ring using an adjuster and made sure I was comfortable during the process. She took her time to calculate the prices for the rings with discount and provided water for us too ! Truly appreciate a sales assistant who has good product knowledge like her

Highly recommended brand and excellent customer service by one of the staff (Charme) from JEM outlet. She has provided me with recommendations as well as ensuring the ring to reach me in time. Charme has shown customer service to another level by sharing different designs when I am out of town via messaging app. Thank you so much Michael Trio & exceptionally to Charme!!

Had a fantastic service from Charme while purchasing our wedding bands She was very informative and always provided the pros and cons of each aspect of choosing the ring material/design/resizing etc Michael Trio has really nice designs to fit most indivudual's needs :)

First shop we went to for engagement rings, recommended by my sister who got her engagement ring here as well, wonderful experience overall! Charme assisted throughout and she was so patient, nice and funny too! She gave really insightful suggestions for me to decide on the chosen ring!
