Purchased my first lululemon item after being an alo fan, their staff Helen was really helpful & knowledgeable. Shared really useful information to help with my purchase. Had a really pleasant experience there & will likely get more items there!!

I love the energy of the store! Staff are always very helpful and nice. They always go the extra mile to help me find exactly what I need. I don’t usually leave reviews but their service is really amazing that they deserve a shoutout. Claire at the fitting room helped me figure out how the items are supposed to fit and the right size. The staff that helped me siying taught me a lot about the different types of leggings. Thank you so much!

While I understand that Lululemon cares about customer experience and want to be attentive to us, my visit was ruined by the constant interruption of the retail assistants. They are not at fault and it probably is the store policy however the store’s direction in getting customers to spend and come back to the store has gone too far in this case. There will be consumers who will enjoy this for sure but please learn to understand that if I say I do not need help, I really do not want anyone to approach me. Thank you

Lululemon reminded me one of Malaysian YouTuber's Cupcake Aisyah as she loves this brand so much. I had to check it out and yes, managed to shop some. I am guessing was influenced by CA's videos🤭 Definitely will return again and very soon👀 kuddos to the staffs🫰🏻

The latest outlet and good to see staff from vivo city which is one of my fave outlets besides raffles city. The staff were very helpful and went extra miles to search pants which i prefer. I didnt mind to take the last pieces esp a few staff were spending time in helping me to get a new piece. Always keep a smile~ Thumbs up! Keep up the good service! I will definitely patronise this outlet again!

Lousy customer service. Bought an item here and requested for hemming. I came back after about a week to collect. I realized nothing was done. So troublesome. They never check properly. Though the staff were super nice but i wish the service was impeccable from end to end. So Disappointed

Today 2nd of September 2025 around 1130, I went down again. I thought of buying a water bottle and a bag which I saw it online. A young Indian woman's staff member gazed at me before walking away without asking what I required. Chatting with other staff members is what the staff is doing, so they are not busy. Although I might not wear very fancy clothes today, this is not a service that should be provided. I am hopeful that the Lululemon management will need to retrain them It's incredibly impressive! The staff was exceptional, always smiling with warmth. The whole team is polite and pleasant, and I am truly thankful for how they have brightened my day. Keep up the outstanding work; I will definitely come back to the store. I highly suggest this place to everyone!
