When Lululemon started opening in Jem I was furious , why would a store so expensive be in Jem ?? Today I decided to look around for a jacket there’s this lady in red hair I think she was so so friendly , asked me what I needed and apologised for the colour oos , service was immaculate make me want to buy the whole store down the only downside was the paper bag wasn’t rlly nice I was expecting the red colour one not sure if they stopped producing it . All the staff were so friendly and helpful so kind not mean not judgy :) I hope I can return and exchange as I bought the jacket and turned out I don’t really like the colour hope I can exchange tmr , they also write your name in the changing room ! So nice

First visit. Ya. Always just walk right past. Ignorance. Heard of Muji, Giordano, Uniglo, and Fila. Lululemon? Was impressed and amazed. Impressed by the quality of customers' engagement. Exuberant. Competent. All around. They have pants that I've been dreaming of. Light weight. Wrinkle resistant. Feel is unbelievably good. It fits me perfectly AND is available in different lengths. Otherwise, they can arrange for adjustments. You collect in 10 days. Wow.
