I visited this store today to buy clothes, and I absolutely love this white shirt! The staff were very friendly, especially Cindy — she speaks great Chinese, helped me tidy the clothes, and was very attentive. I also want to thank the lovely receptionist who speaks Chinese; she’s beautiful and patiently communicated with me the whole time. Thank you for your warm help — see you next time!

Excellent shopping experience. Served by Siva who passionately recommended clothes to me and also very friendly to help me do my IG story. Lb is fortunately to have such a good staff.
The clothes are always trendy, comfortable and easy to wear. Price point is friendly. Repeated customer.

Please avoid this outlet. Particularly because of this staff, acts like she owns the shop. Never seen such rude person working in retail shop before. Avoid store like the plague, while you can.. Had a great day but mood totally ruined by such a creature. Had good experience all the time visiting other brands but this has to be the worst experience I’ve gotten from a retail store. Absolutely disappointed and hope your management can fix and teach how staffs should act towards customers and provide necessary customer service training.

It's been awhile since I visited Love Bonito at JEM and I a great experience today! Your staff Siva was extremely friendly and helpful. She even encouraged me to make use of my rewards voucher, which I really appreciated. Her positive attitude made my shopping experience enjoyable!

Had a nice experience shopping at LoveBonito. Staff helped to get different sizes when asked. When purchasing, I requested for new items, one of the pieces didn't have new in store, and Siva assisted to check for online availability. She also helped to share other color options for pieces that I liked. Overall very attentive and great service. Made my shopping experience great. Thanks Siva :)

This was my first purchase at Love Bonito and I’m glad to have been served by Ms Wani. She was very friendly, helpful, and patient. Even when I initially said I’d consider the items and didn’t buy right away, she still responded with a cheerful smile.
