It is hard to walk out without buying anything. There is something for every age (from six to sixty) and interest (from Legos to miniatures). Yes. You should give the shop a try

Very bad experience from this lego shop at Jurong East level 4. The female Chinese staff was very rude. She even told me that if don’t buy and can not play here. I bought some legos from this shop before and never expected such rude staff to question me like this. As a staff you cannot expect people to buy every time and even ask customer that whether they are going to buy or not. Every time so many kids are play there. If you don’t want people play there, please label it or cover it. Or you can just politely tell people that this is not play instead of asking people whether they are going to buy or not.

Overall a pretty well maintained and fun looking store. Shelves were all stocked with different LEGO collection and displays and love that there were many stations to allow kids to build and explore on the legos.

I was looking for a gift for my girlfriend but I did not know what to choose, however, 1 of your staff Hadi approached me & helped me in choosing the perfect gift despite me being choosey. Thank you Hadi for the help & will drop by again for more purchases in the future

i was walking around and didn’t know what brickheadz i should get, and Jennifer came over to strike up a conversation with me (asking about my interests etc). i ended up getting a tom and jerry brickheadz, and was satisfied my purchase. thank you so much Jennifer!

staffs are very friendly and helpful,they do talk to customers and explains the promotion.staff Amira recommends items and checks promptly. plaza singapura and ion are very different,when i visited them yesterday they were restocking and will tell you “excuse me” so they can go thru when clearly they can walk behind you,and when you pay,feels like i owe them money kinda thing. Amira and Wei Peng of JEM LEGO,you guys are the definition of what a Lego staff should be i guess Lego doesnt have training for customer service but it didn’t stop you for delivering a WOW service ,kudos to both of you.see you in few days :)
