We walked into the store on 9 Sept just to browse, with no intent to buy - but the service from Tay Soon Lee completely changed that! He was incredibly patient, attentive, and knowledgeable. First time going into Jem Outlet. Shirley service is totally awesome. No pressure when purchasing and she’s always smiling. She doesn’t mind letting my mum try a lot of design, using her professional eyesight to help my mum get something that suit her and within our budget.
