I had a very disappointing experience with physician Yeo WeiLing Tricia (JEM branch). Throughout the consultation, she appeared unfriendly and lacked the compassion one would expect from a healthcare professional. The acupuncture was done with reluctance, and when the needles were removed, there was no notice or gentle approach, which caused me unnecessary pain and shock. Unfortunately, I left feeling worse instead of better. I truly hope more care and professionalism can be shown to patients in the future.

What kind of service is this??? I have went to more than 16 different tcm. This is the only clinic that requires $80 jus to fill up insurance questionnaire!!!! 😡 😡 You are killing your own business by earning $80 from the form!

A-bin did tui na for me and it really helped me feel much better after the session. The tui na was so on point. He is very experienced and would ask questions etc & 对症下药. I was so impressed by his skills, i signed for their package!

Recently, due to carrying many heavy stuff over an extended period, i had pain in my left arm in certain arm positions. Had a 2 hr tuina session with Anna last week and it was very helpful. Today i return for another hour tuina and i can now freely move my arm without discomfort. I enjoy my tuina sessions with Anna because she is very good in her tuina skills. She also offers simple exercise suggestions to help improve my well-being. She makes small talk during the sessions and personally, that helps to 'lessen' the feel of pain. Thanks, Anna.
