Had ordered wanton mee with additional noodles. Have noticed the staff taking the order was on a phone call with wireless earphone on and a video call with his phone placed unhygienic-ly on the bowl. When checking order before payment, staff replied no additional request for noodles was made. When asked to add the additional noodle due to his negligence but was rejected with reason being noodles are already packed. Extremely bad attitude, please train staff to not use phone during peak hours and when there is customer. No earphones as well if you cannot listen to people's orders.
