I had a very pleasant experience at this outlet. The servicing staff were courteous, helpful & patient. Carissa & Sin Lin were very pleasant and they put me at ease, and i was happy to be served by them. Kudos to the 2 ladies!!

Ladies at Jewel Cafe JEM were patient, nice and welcoming. It took abit of time for their processing of items, but refreshments were given for the wait. Thank you!

This was my 1st visit and was welcoming by the staff. Irene, Sin Lin and Snowy were being attentive and putting effort to check through my items. Irene made a satisfying offer to me. I would like to thank the three ladies to make me feel comfortable and the ambience was relaxing with soft music.

My first time at Jewel Cafe. Was at JEM and the staff attending to me was very polite, friendly and explained things very clearly. Am so glad there is such a service and don't let pre-loved stuff go to waste!

I found Jewel Cafe through a Google search while looking for a place to sell my gold item. The positive reviews mentioning high payouts for gold and luxury items caught my attention, so I decided to visit their Jem outlet with my gold bracelet and the original purchase receipt. The store was cozy and welcoming, and I was offered a drink upon arrival. After waiting about 15 minutes, they assessed my bracelet (weighing 64.97 grams) and offered me $5,000, with a vague suggestion they might offer "slightly more" if I confirmed the sale. I had purchased the bracelet three years ago for $6,500, so I was surprised by the low valuation. I politely declined and decided to check with a nearby pawnshop out of curiosity. To my shock, the pawnshop immediately offered $7,800 — a $2,800 difference from Jewel Cafe's quote! That experience left me disappointed. Based on this, I won't be returning to Jewel Cafe for future transactions. I strongly recommend shopping around and comparing offers before committing to any sale, especially for high-value items like gold or luxury goods.

Wonderful experience. Came to Jewel Cafe to see if some of the jewelry I had inherited that I never wore would be worth anything. I was very pleased with the result! Very good, kind staff.

This is my first time visiting Jewel Jem to sell my Bottega Veneta bag and a Chopard Happy Diamond watch.The staff is professional and courteous. I'll definitely go back to sell branded items in the future.
