Love the food here. Steak was cooked perfectly to our liking and had a nice smokey char on it. Side dishes were delicious as well and there's a lot of variety to choose from. Servers are friendly and attentive. Overall a fuss free place for casual dining at affordable prices. Will visit again!

Always come here for food. Twice we met this interesting staff Christina, she made our visit really enjoyable and comfy. It’s really such a welcoming place for any gathering with your love ones, and Christina makes it even more special. Thank you for the great service she offered and would love to visit soon!

The striploin steak is food court grade, the baked escargot (photo below) is bitter and the carbonara had the rotten egg smell. However, instead of bringing it back to the kitchen, the waitress insisted that’s how the classic carbonara is supposed to be and emphasised 3 times that I can change the dish but cannot get a refund. Excuse me, I’m not trying to get a refund, I’m just trying to get a decent dish to eat. I have eaten so many carbonara before and even mixed the raw eggs myself but never tasted one with a rotten egg smell like this before. I had to order a new dish as I can’t get the refund and luckily it was quite good. That’s why I gave 2 stars for the food. The food also took so long to be served (average 30mins per dish). I was feeling unwell and just wanted some hot nice dish, but eventually became more tired because of a long waiting time, lousy dishes and a not so good customer service.

Hey there! I’ve got to tell you about this steakhouse in Singapore that’s absolutely incredible! It’s one of the best steak places I’ve ever been to, and I’m usually quite picky when it comes to steak. But this steakhouse at Jem never fails to impress me. The steak is so tender and flavorful, it’s just divine. And the best part? The people are so friendly and the prices are really reasonable. If you’re ever in Singapore and craving a steak, you have to check this place out!
