We were at the store in the morning on 18 April 25. We were greeted by the staff with their friendly smiles. We noticed good teamwork and positive vibes in the shop. Overall, we enjoyed our shopping experience. Kudos to the team :)

I always go to iora at Jem because the sales person there are super friendly and helpful. Especially to Zhi Yin, she is always so helpful, understands the style which suits you and is encouraging to ask you to try out need style. I'm so happy shopping there.
