Fish & Chips was bad and the fish meat portion was thinly sliced. The Fish batter was fried till rather dark brown and had the taste of using recycle oil to cook in. **The standard has dropped drastically for Jem Jurong East branch. The shop was full of oil smell and unpleasant to eat in. It used to be a place for quick meal, good food and nice environment. It is rather expensive now.

I was a regular customer at Han's. Recently, feel that the price had increased by quite abit. Today, had our lunch here. Fish&Chips was okay. But the black pepper chicken chop was overcooked and hard. Han's used to taste much nicer and much more affordable.

Price went up from 13 plus with soup to 22 dollars without soup, yet steak size shrunk to 100g. Just 4 small mouth and it's gone. Ordered medium rare, was fully cook, dry and juicelesd. For this price, better go eat elsewhere when it comes to steak

I visited Han’s Union at Jem and was pleasantly surprised to find they offer a single-serving Yu Sheng! It’s perfect for anyone who wants to enjoy the Lunar New Year tradition, even without a group. The veggies were fresh, the salmon was flavourful , and the tangy sauce tied it all together beautifully.

Signature Hor fun cooked well with the wok hey. Taste quite authentic but may be pricey @ $10.50. Christmas menu of almond crust salmon w orange sauce - the salmon was too hard/tough. Mashed potato was cold. Think they are better in local/chinesw dishes.

I'm incredibly disappointed with my experience today, to the point of changing my viewpoint from ocassional patron to never returning. Let's begin with the positive. The steak had a generous portion of smooth and creamy mashed potatoes with a flavourful sauce. The meat itself was of decent portion, though cooked a little questionably. My favourite dish from this place was the carbonara, especially due to the thicker, unique sauce only Han's serves at the price. Now, it's been reduced to hawker centre quality cream. The first let down of many. The service was initially 5 star for their promptness, friendliness and willingness to help (5 star experience, I'd say), till the silverfish fried rice we ordered exceeded a 30 minute wait-time, and patrobs who had ordered the fried Kway Teow after us had their food served before us because the kitchen was busy mass-frying countless portions of Kway Teow. I was displeased with the handling of this; the staff offered no compensation and only when prompted, initially provided a single slice of supermarket-bought wholegrain bread, only providing butter upon further request (a 1 star experience). I do still believe the staff deserve more than this. Back to the food, the bread served with the mushroom soup was much improved, but the soup itself was very diluted. A far cry from what it used to be. My deepest apologies, Han's. Today's experience would have been enough to turn away even the most patient of patrons. No longer recommended.

Food is overpriced for the quality, ordered the aglio olio with chicken confit for $18. Can tell that this dish is popped into the microwave. Pasta looks soggy, tasteless and depressing; chicken is disappointing. Chinese food looks okay I guess. Based on the reviews here, they should do themselves a favour and remove western cuisine from their menu.

Sunday late afternoon 2:30pm - Very disappointed in this place not coming back to eat waited the food for 20 minutes just a plate of stir fried beef hor fun everyone that order even take away have their meals collected and those people that came later them me place order also get their food what is this is supposed to mean? Ask the lady in white shirt standing at the kitchen side and can say it’s on the kitchen table 🤦‍♀️ disappointed didn’t even ask how long will it take to cook or to speed up the order. Tables were not wipe and sticky I hope they can clean the table and look more into balance of customer service and floor management. Lucky i didn’t order drink if I order my drinks will turn to either cold or become dilated cold drinks. Kitchen staff some wearing mask some not wearing mask. I’m not sure if the guy in dark blue is the manager of the this outlet.

If you want cheap good traditional chinese food, this is the place. It is very crowded and you need to manage your expectation in the sense that it is an aircon hawker centre with self-service system.
