I visited this store last week, and the experience was terrible due to the attitude of the staff. If you think that seeking your help to open the door is very troublesome and also disturbs you using your phone while you are working, then what's the reason for coming to work? I will not support this store anymore because of the rude staff.

There is a woman worker there that gives out a judgemental look and talk shit behind my back to her colleagues one time when I was searching for cards to buy. Heard the person talking smack when I was leaving the store. Not Professional at all, might as well don't open up the store at all since the lockers are there to sell stuff that people have rented and not judge you for what you buy when you ask them to open the lockers. Need to teach their staff some basic manners towards customers since they don't have any or even better send them to basic mannerism courses before they start working. Prices are also jacked up like how rice and eggs were in WW2.

I am not saying the store is not good but this good store is one bad apple spoils the whole barrel it was a female staff that gives people(me and my friend) a contemptuous look I think the store will better without her!

located in a good spot just opposite Uniqlo, they've got the usual shelves stocked with pop culture items like figures and collectibles, and the usual assortment of things like trading cards, phone accessories, bags and pouches, jewelry, etc. prices they have are pretty comparable too, even borders on the cheaper side for most items.

On Friday of 15/3/24, I entered the store at 9:30pm. I had dinner before this so I checked the closed time of the store on Google & it said 10pm. As I entered the store with my sister, we went around to look at the items in the different lockers. Suddenly, the lights in the store flickered. We thought maybe the lights needed fixing until we heard one of the female store keeper beginning to switch off all the lights in the store while the other female staff begun to close the gates of the store when we were literally in there. We quickly moved & exited the store. They did not inform us that they were closing at such timing. It stated online that the store closes at 10pm but why do the staffs close the store half an hour early? They even didn't inform any of the customers there that they were closing. My sister & I were nearly locked inside the store if we didn't approach the staff. The female staff closing the gates didn't apologized and had such a sour face when we immediately exit.

Was a locker store mechant here. Never ever going to come back again! Workers arrive late, leave early. Website says open 11am but 11.30 am still got no one at the store. Says close at 10 but 9.30 close already! Keep up your word when doing business man!

Did not expect small business owners will sell at these kind of shops too! Will surely visit much more often to check out if other small business opens up!

Cashier here was super rude like when it was close to closing they closed the doors on us . Besides that they glare at you when you touch something and mutter to their colleague about you ! 0/10 >.<
