Walked into this branch couple times and was served by a very enthusiastic and knowledgeable staff (Natasha). Eventually bought a G-Shock and she was most helpful in setting up the app and getting the watch synced properly before we left the store. 👍 …

Wonderful customer service from the staff, no hard selling, are polite, explained the features of the watch patiently, and lastly allowed me to try on a wide range of watches ranging from low to very high end MTG models with 0 issues. Ended buying a GSteel B400 model.

Went there this afternoon for lunch and made a purchase of 5 latest Casio Professional watch range from $799 - $819. The lady who serve us is very patient & she know their product well. Recommended..see ya again next Mon 29 July for more purchase.

Great place to buy Casio watches. Picked up the new summer line here and have no regrets. The staff was helpful in finding me a watch for my needs and were very knowledgeable. Very excited for the future of this watch.

Went on 2 separate occassions: 1st time to purchase a watch, 2nd time to consider an exchange within the 7 days. On my 1st time a lone female staff served me and she was very friendly and accomodating in helping me make a selection and consider different models.The purchase went smoothly and I had a pleasant transaction. On the 2nd visit, I was tended to by 1 male and 1 female staff (different female staff). Unfortunately I did not get their names, but they were very rude in their attitude towards my request of trying on other models intended for the exchange. Barely speaking above a whisper and had a condescending tone. When I was trying on the watch in the mirror, I heard them whispering to themselves about how I was taking so long to make a decision. Why opt to work in a retail sales job if you're not pleasant about it? Casio G-Shock Singapore, if you're reading this review please reach out with an email address so I can leave a feedback with more details regarding my visit time that may identify to you who the 2 sales assistant were.
