I went to get the Dior Christmas gift set for myself because the pouch was absolutely gorgeous. I was served by Branda, who was approachable, friendly, and very knowledgeable about the products. She gave great recommendations, and the overall experience was excellent. Definitely a 10/10 — I’d go back to her again when I need to restock my products.

Went to get Valentine gift for my wife … as I walk in. Sherlyn from far smile and slowly approaches me… I was very glad with her service as she was approachable and not pushy . Initially I wanted to get 1 items only . Eventually I got 2… she directed me to have a seat and started preparing the items for me. I am very satisfied with her service approach . It’s my first time step into a DIOR cosmetic shop… although my dressing was shabby. Her service was excellent ! Thumbs up to Sherlyn .

Just now I bought lipstick and foundation from JEM Catherine was very patient when I tested the lipstick shades. As we dropped by after jogging, we looked so messy and didn’t dress up properly. However, Catherine was very impressive, sweet and polite she was throughout our interaction. She was helpful, patient, and made sure I found what I was looking for.

I am really appreciative and thankful for the exceptional service I received from Catherine when I went to the JEM outlet looking for foundation. Although it was almost nearing the end of a long day for her, she was happy, helpful and enthusiastic to serve me and its truly one of the best service I have experienced!
