Having a pleasant shopping experience at Dior Jem. As what show on my receipt consultant name Vivian should be the one who serves me. She is very patient. As I'm here to buy a birthday gift. She recommend a new perfume that just launched not long ago, the perfume was pretty nice smell. Was a bit disappointed (engraving service) when I ask Vivian for engraving service on the perfume, she told me engraving service only on some special day available eg. Valentine's Day... But she recommend me a personal alphabet name available to add on it, that I agree to add on too. That cost $17 each alphabet to add on. I add on 2 as not recommend to add more alphabet name as is tie on the ribbon . Overall experience was good. The packing of the perfume gift was pretty nice too. I hope that Dior will always have engraving service not only on some special day. So that customers can have their own exclusive Dior items name on it . it's also very meaningful for someone receiving gift that have their name on it.

Staff were very friendly and helpful right from the start. I was wearing "home clothes" like others said but still got good service, so not to worry. Sales staff also offered my pregnant wife a seat while waiting for the engraving to be done. Also got a nice bouquet of flowers as it was mothers day!
