Great experience, fantastic food. Friendly staff! Price is slightly on the higher side. Cocoa wafer bun is amazingly good!

This was my first time trying Din Tai Fung, and the food was very good - especially the Prawn-Paste Marinated Chicken Wings and the Prawn Fried Rice. The wings were so crispy and had the right umami flavour. The Hot and Sour Soup wasn't up to the mark, in my opinion. Even the Cucumber Salad didn't live up to the hype; the salad dressing felt watered down. This restaurant is located inside JEM, and is busy. Make sure to put your name down for a table ahead of time, especially during weekends and evenings. Service was prompt, but all ordering takes place through a smartphone. I'll definitely be back to try their famous dumplings and other things on their menu.

One of the best place to have yummy dumplings. Delicious food and great atmosphere it is. It was our first time visit and we loved all the dishes which we have ordered. They have good vegetarian options too. We personally liked their customer service. But please expect a long queue during peak hours. It is expensive but definitely worth it.

good is as expected from every other outlet, no difference in quality. fried rice is fragrant and garlic lovers can actually order a small dish of minced garlic to go with the rice. noodles are good too as well as the dimsum xiao long bao which is a go to dish to order whenever

Had dinner here on new year's eve. It was busy, with a wait for a table, which I believe is a common occurrence here. We ordered a few items for sharing and whilst I found the xlb a little bit disappointing, wifey thought they were better than the ones we had from another store a few days prior. To me they felt a bit small filings wise and didn't have a lot of soup. In any case if you're passing by the store/standing outside waiting for your table, you'll be able to see the chefs making these and other dumplings. The wantons we had were much smaller than expected, though the flavours were still decent. I quite enjoyed the sliced duck in crispy spring onion pastry, the crispy golden prawn pancake, and the fried rice with pork chop. Service was pretty good and attentive, with water/tea being protectively topped up and dishes cleared without sitting too long on the table. There was a robot waiter though we only saw it showing guests to their tables and not bringing out food.
