The crowd will lure browsers and buyers alike. But it is also the deterent unless you have lots of patience and time. Staff is rare and customers are left to seek answers to their needs. But if you can find a salesperson, you will enjoy the experience of their well-trained salesperson. Prices are a bit more on the ex side. But diehard Cotton On fans will Stat loyal no matter what you say. Must say, their materials and sensible styling makes a lot of sense.

I visited Cotton On at Jem on March 28, 2025 between 7-8 PM. The cashier was very rude and spoke in an impatient tone, making it a really unpleasant shopping experience.

Item are scattered telling buy one take one on half price and yet there are shirt who are not included but place on the same place. Everything is scattered in different prices sale category so be careful in buying promotions. Cashier also will not tell you anything. I’ve buying to cotton on this is the worst branch .

Visited cotton on JEM outlet today, one of the staff (light-skinned middle-aged lady wearing glasses) handling the cashier is very rude and can’t even spell. She kept on getting confused between “b” and “v” and also “c” and “z” when asking for my membership email. Ok lah at first i understand maybe she couldn’t hear properly or maybe english is not her first language but then when my bf came over cuz it has been taking such a long time just to pay, that old lady blamed me for my pronunciation. She literally said “because her pronunciation is like that” 😒 is it necessary to make such comment? I don’t think there’s an issue with my pronunciation though. Even after that i showed her my phone so that she can just copy it, she still couldn’t type properly?!?! Keep telling me there’s no membership. I have been a loyal customer for years and the email that i just showed her is one of the cotton on perks subscription email. So it doesn’t make sense at all. Typed with 2 fingers only and still couldn’t type lol so incompetent 🙄 we even offered to type by ourselves but then at the end (after idk how many times she tried while keeping my phone), it works and this time she blamed the server and said that sometimes the server is slow and show no membership blablabla. If it’s a known server issue, why keep insisting i have no membership in the first place? You can just tell us to wait for a few minutes while loading. I feel she just to embarrassed to admit that she typed wrongly even after I showed her my phone😂 so please train your staff properly and maybe use phone number rather than email since one of your staff having spelling problem. but if it’s truly a server issue, then please fix this too since we spent like 10mins just for this payment🙃 thank you
