team members working on shopfloor have poor customer service. they did not attend with proper customer service, facial expressions were horrendous. they didnt smile or gave great vibes during my purchase. handed the items poorly to me with attitude. only served customers that they choose according to their own preference.

Went to their Jem branch after IMM branch looking for handbags. The staff was helpful and help me to look at their stick to try to find which branch have the handbags that I was looking for. It turned out to be online exclusive only. I ordered online and it was delivered with 2 days even the expected time was 3 to 4 days. Very satisfied and happy with my purchase. Good job.

I had a disappointing experience at Jem. When I arrived for collection, two male staff members at the counter ignored me and walked away. After waiting, a lady finally attended to me. Although she handed over the items efficiently, she didn't ask me to verify the contents or even smile. The lack of service and courtesy was noticeable. I'm extremely dissatisfied with the experience.

It is my first time shopping at Charles & Keith and I went in the late afternoon whereby there was a crowd. The staffs seemed to have alot on their hands with many customers and attending to the cash register. I approached one of the staff for assistance and he kindly got me the things I wanted. When I checked the sunglasses, I checked through it briefly to make sure there are no cracks, but I failed to notice the scratches. There was also fingerprint marks on the lenses that seemed to be touched a few times. I almost thought he gave me the sample instead which obviously you would ask for a new one. Overall, it seemed fine. I also didn’t want to take up alot of his time and there were so many people around so, I felt very rushed & uncomfortable (my bad, should have come way earlier). I paid using Shopback and the products are non-returnable so, that’s too bad for the situation later. When I checked the product once again at home, I saw the scratches and marks. I cleaned the sunglasses, but I couldn’t manage to remove that scratch above the lens. I was quite disappointed with the quality you are paying for $79.90, not some $20 item. It can even pass off as a sample and I felt kinda cheated. Overall, I don’t think I would be buying sunglasses from Charles & Keith again. Next time, I will make sure I have ample time & stress-free to check the product properly. Anyway, thank you to the staff for providing your assistance to me amidst the busy crowd.

Excellent customer service. Visited this place to look for a gift to give my wife on her birthday. Sales Rep went all out giving me examples and what color will match with what shoes. Also gave me options to choose and not force me to buy. Bought a bag which made my wife so happy.

Really unhelpful staff. I was standing there waiting for one of them to be done with a customer; making my presence quite obvious to the staff. I had to “chase” the staff because instead of helping me, they all huddled at the counter. One cashier serving a customer, one putting shoes back into a box and the other with his back to the store and talking to the staff putting the shoes back. I had to raise my voice to get him to hear me. When I finally got his attention, he was really unhelpful and didn’t assist with what I asked for help with. I came into the store with an open mind and was open to other designs if the one I wanted isn’t available. But with such bad customer service, I walked out instead. JEM Charles & Keith’s customer service is one of the worst outlets I’ve visited so far!

I would like to thanks staff Gemini for the great service!🫶🏻 I was choosing a gift for my sister and she very helpful and help me to find the design of the bag which I wanted as a gift for my sister! Throughout the shopping experience, she always put on a great smile on her whole assist me! Keep up for the good work! You deserve a pat on shoulder of your great service! All staff also very nice and can see have passion to provide wonderful shopping experience to customers! Good job everyone! 🫶🏻

Very bad service from one of the staff with long hair at JEM outlet. I decided to purchase a bag from them on 10 Oct 2024 at about 5.30pm and went ahead to check the bag for any defects. I found the first bag the zip is faulty so I asked to change another bag and the staff show their black face. The second bag the stiching came out I asked the staff to change another bag the staff showed their dissatisfaction by saying "haiz" and told me the third bag is the last bag they have in the store. Next I asked if I can pay for repair service of the bag after use due to tear because they can repair slippers and the staff said "Use the bag confirm will spoil one. Nobody will fix it. You buy a new one lah". When the staff said that her expression seemed to look down on customer. I wonder if the company train their staff how to speak to customers or not.
