One of my favorite places to shop bags. Trendy and sleek! Observation: So I purchased a bag as a gift for a friend. When I shared with the customer rep that it's a gift, she printed two receipts: 1 with the price and 1 without it, and said that the receiver could come and exchange this if they want. I was so impressed by this gesture- Little things brands do that differentiates them from the rest :)

Was at the Jem outlet recently. Though I was there at a relatively quiet time, the staff didn't seem to notice me trying to catch their attention after deciding on what to try. I'd like to highlight Aaron who was at the cash register and saw me looking around and quickly came over. His speed and polite service made the experience a pleasant one. He also offered suggestions regarding the shoe selection, which I appreciated. Walked out with all my choices, thanks to Aaron, given that I was this close to leaving empty-handed otherwise.

Had the most wonderful experience, didn't catch the salesperson's name, but he served with top tier service. It was very busy and he was serving multiple customers at the time but still managed it with grace. Whoever you are, thank you for wonderful service. My first time buying in Charles and keith.
