Today I bought a product from here. When I asked about expiry date SA just nod and smile...I trusted her so I just paid. When I almost reached home then I found out the item man date is September 2022. (product expires in 3 years so by September 2025 cannot use already...) Today is 30th December 2024... Blame is on company. Can't believe that despite full original price paid, my request for refund still had to be approved by manager before I got my money back. Hope Chanel can check their items better. Plus if you see the pictures, the packaging is quite dirty especially the label.

Especially Wendy, genuine in attitude, with her profession and knowledge in Chanel, her recommendation is just what I need among all the product lines of this brand. Each purchase comes in exquisite package with extinct fragrance will make your day. Definitely an outlet for girls to entry Chanel or continue the love with it! 🥰

I visited the Jem outlet to get a birthday gift. Was served by Yong Min Xin who was very professional and always with a smile for all the questions I had on their lipstick range. Great service is a plus point for customer loyalty. Hence, I will recommend for anyone to look for Min Xin if you are intending to buy Chanel products from Jem outlet. save your money for other stores. what’s the point to spend $ with the brand and end up leaving without a good experience. worst store experience i’ve encountered after being a customer of the brand for more than 10 years. the sales associate who was serving me ditch me half way before another one of her big customer walked in. because i’m only spend $58 today so i’m not considered a customer to them. i had to wait about 8 mins before somebody came up to meet and greet asking to ask me what i would like to look out. waited more than 10 minutes to finally make payment because nobody is keen find out what do i need. instead of buying more things which i wanted i decided that this outlet will never make another sale from me. boycott alicia from jem, if you aren’t a cash cow she won’t be serving be serving you like a regular customer. maybe if they checked my profile and reference my crm tier customer category i could have gotten a different type of treatment ? neighbouring store Dior’s staff walked out and greeted me. learn something jem outlet! i’m sending another feedback in to chanel. such disgusting behaviour ruins the brand image.

Was going around JEM last month on 4th of January and passed by Chanel Beauty, was not keen on buying anything and wanted to check new fragrances that I might like. A staff came up to me while I was testing out the fragrances, and I told her that I was not really there to buy & just wanted to browse (just bought fragrances awhile back from their Vivo City store). She still managed to entertain my queries. I wasn’t able to ask her name but she is a younger woman maybe in her mid 20s. She was really knowledgeable about fragrances and was kind enough to spend her time explaining despite knowing I won’t really be buying anything. Looking forward to seeing her again when I purchase my next bottle. She displayed such excellent service. Would highly recommend to look for her when you want to check and find the best products that you need :)

Very poor and disappointment with the service I received at Jurong East outlet on 14 Jan 25 (Tuesday), 640pm. when entered the store, I noticed the Chinese girl staff was busy using her phone. Even while assisting me, she continued to be distracted by her device. This behavior made me feel unwelcome. I wanna tried some lipstick colors, she informed me that the makeup remover was limited, and I could only try 2 shades. So I asked her to recommend the most popular shades. Instead of answering my question, she coldly responded, " Hot-selling shades may not suit you". This attitude left me deeply disappointed. I understand service industry can be challenging, but as a consumer, i expect professional and attentive service when shopping.

N°1 DE CHANEL EXCLUSIVE EVENT The Extraordinary Energy of a Camellia Went to Chanel JEM boutique for their event. I was very lucky to be attended by Beauty Advisor Macy Teo. Macy is genuinely attentive and professional, she explained the products in details, provided the options that really suits your needs. You can see that Macy takes pride of her work. Overall, it was a enjoyable experience. Chanel boutiques would need more BA who is genuine and professional, as nowadays it’s very hard to find some like Macy, especially at ION boutique. JEM boutique - has limited availability. It would be better if they have more range of products available in store.

Visited this store on 5th July 2024 around 6+ in the evening. I did not buy anything here, but I was browsing for body creams. One of the staff asked me if I needed anything, and even though I said I wasn't buying anything today, she took the time to let me sample the different body creams available in store. She had excellent product knowledge as well. This was such a commendable gesture despite me not purchasing anything. I had forgotten to ask for her name, but she was so warm and welcoming. For sure, I will travel all the way to this outlet next time and I hope to be served by the same kind person again!
