Sales staff Yee Ling was extremely rude. When I asked more about the items and what sizes do they come in, she gave a very cold look and rude attitude as if I could not afford them. Was thinking of buying several bottles of EDP as gifts so I must check carefully. However I saw another salesgirl, Wendy, who was extremely helpful to her customer and I didn’t mind waiting for her. Alas! YL approached and gave the poorest service ever!

I have been purchasing Chanel cosmetics for over a decade and have visited Chanel stores in many countries around the world. The Chanel store at Jurong East is by far the one with the worst service I have ever encountered. The staff Chia Chai Yan (Cathrine) had no idea how to introduce the products and displayed absolutely no sense of service. She seemed completely unaware that the essence of sales is to serve customers. The quality of sales staff hired by Chanel has really declined.

The salesgirl staff Macy Teo very helpful. Just wanted to buy 1 lipstick for my friend birthday she attended to me and let me try more then 5-6 swatches even gave a few samples which i thought was cute! if visit this outlet must look for her again. will come back 👍🏻 …
