Second visit to this jem branch. Extremely friendly and precise measurement which leads me to come back to this branch again. 2 years ago I made my first progressive specs and now I'm back again to order a new pair. Highly recommend this branch. I'm attended by Tracy!

Tracy is very patient and offered very practical advice. I shared that while I can read from my HP with ease, reading from my monitor is a strain. She suggested that I can consider Office Lens and explained the pros and cons.
