Worst drink and service attitude! My friend and I each of us ordered a set meal with hot chocolate and mine added on $1.80 for mocha. Upon received, my friend drink is diluted not sure what drink is that! And mine was not even mocha at all ,it's looked like diluted coffee,is dark colour!!( Mocha is dark colour?) When approached the counter staff, they just poured away the diluted hot chocolate and redo another using the same cup,but the taste is definitely not hot chocolate taste. And my mocha when I told the staff this is not mocha,looks like coffee, they insisted is mocha, and when I told her mocha should able to see some milk colour not just black, guess what, they just passed me 2 packs of creamer, no words to describe this kind of service!🤦‍♀️ We were in rush for lunch break so just left it! We used to came here for quick lunch, though we knew their service was not the best ,sometimes very slow, but didn't except such a ridiculous service!

Exciting alternative to burger of McDonald's that these burgers are flamed rather than fried. Notably more juicy and tasty. Varieties of deserts and beverages too. Love the Ham cheese fresh vegetables and salads. Freshly prepared food with healthy ingredients tender loving skillful cooking and warm services. Spacious lounge upscale aircond relaxing atmosphere with greenery breezy views away from busy cityscapes. Conveniently located at neighbourhood heartland of JEM within walking distance covered pathway to Jurong East MRT bus interchange Ng Teng Fong Hospital Westgate Big Box IMM Jcube with plenty of dinning shopping banking supermarkets library cinemas entertainments groceries sundries postage services community centre and amenities nearby. Friendly cosy comfy welcoming ambience for romantic intimates groups students expats locals visitors and families..

There were only 3 small groups of customers in the stall as of 11:45AM and order has been 20 mins in their system before being served. Poor respond time.
