ordered cookies and cream from them multiple times and there is 0 CONSISTENCY!! its super annoying because i always have to bet if its gonna taste like how its suppose to or just taste bad. drank from other outlets and the taste is ALWAYS the same. just this outlet is damn inconsistent and its honestly quite annoying… wont be getting from this outlet ever again after the 20 orders i made in total but cookies and cream always messes up lol

Should have this outlet banned from operating. Bad service. For foodpanda delivery, I ordered two protein supreme with added whey protein and chia seeds. And what I got was basically coconut water mixed with oats and CHUNKY ICE. THINK TWICE OR THRICE BEFORE ORDERING FROM THIS OUTLET. STAFF THERE ARE LAZY ENOUGH TO ENSURE THE DRINKS ARE OF QUALITY.

Had boost Juice here a few times using vouchers. Love them. Good service from the staff in the photo.

Order a strawberry melon CRUSH. Remember crush. Because I wanted to have crushed ice like a slushy. Moreover, I don’t drink juices so with the crush it was be like ice. Got this before and was amazing. Crushed perfectly in my mouth. However, this time when I got it, it was purely liquid. Didn’t even add the ice in. There was a reason why I bought it with CRUSH. Could even scoop it up like normal crush. I know it would not be exactly ice but like a slushy at least you know? Extremely disappointed and NEVER buying from here again. Even asked for EXTRA ice to be specific. UNBELIEVABLE! 🤦‍♀️

Went with my wife to order. Because there's no labels on the cups and we both ordered the same size, when it came I asked the staff which cup had which drink. Staff then gave an irritable expression, all but snatched the cup from my hand, and wordlessly opened the cap. When my wife asked for confirmation "so that one is the peach drink?" Because she was further away and couldn't see in the cup, staff ignored her and went back to her business. I'm quite tolerant of service staff in general but this is ridiculous. Oh, and the cookies and cream I ordered is watery as heck with ice chunks.

Love the juices both Syaa and Amirul make. They are very polite as well

Understand that boost does not have a practice of placing stickers on the drink to identify the drink, which makes it hard for us consumers to identify which drink it is especially when the cup is opaque. Ordered two drinks so needed to ask which was which. Staff rolled her eyes, proceeds to identify the drink but was clearly being unreasonably unrespectful. Even if she had a bad day, at least answer a customer's question with neutrality.

Service is extremely slow and inconsistent. Did not add protein powder to my drink. Please increase on your manpower. My last visit here

Queued for the 1 for 1 for $1 promotion on 22 April around 6pm. After a 30min queue, the Malay girl service crew told me that the promotion is only for students (which is not) and refused to serve me. Is this a tactic for the service crew to thin out the line? Management might need to look into this.

I asked if I can change the ginger to strawberry, which the lady answered politely that she is afraid she cant do that which I understand completely ( I got this offer to change fruit in different outlet before ) I proceed telling her to just remove the ginger but she got confused and kept on asking me if I want to change to strawberry still I told her no, just simply no ginger The crowd was crazy today that I myself couldnt hear her properly when she asked if I want ice so I assume she was confused because of the noise too which is all good The queue was so long and so I went window shopping for a bit to kill some time but when I am back, my drink has a ticket that says "Dumb" on Customer tab I noticed that they never refill the straws so I asked for one and asked them who wrote my name like this The guys only replied "not me not me" without apologising or anything on behalf of Boost So I asked them the lady's name when the biggest guy there kept on asking me back "WHY WHY WHY?" In a rude manner The lady then came to me apologising and I told her this is very inappropriate and she shouldnt work like this Yes she said sorry, but writing Customer name as Dumb is fatal The attitude of the other staffs are so bad also I hope the management team can give the staffs more training This is written on "kitchen ticket" where it is passed around the staff and the customer SHOULD NEVER see it It is a rookie mistake but the mistake has shown me much bigger surprise in how the staffs are treating their customers without any respect
