Really awful experience here last month. Waited for my drink and even stood there, no phone, no earpiece, just waiting in case I missed out hearing my order. Waited at least 15 min, there wasn't a lot of other people queueing. Then this auntie lady called me rudely and say "Is this your drink? We called since just now." Very surprised by her attitude, her tone was just so unnecessary. Even IF I, as a customer, misheard (although I literally just stared at them for 15 min and heard nothing) she could be less awful about it.

Terrible experience with the young malay lady working today. I remembered Original is the biggest cup, but while ordering on the screen, the "Medium" is more expensive. So I thought, oh, maybe "Medium" is the biggest cup, so i ended up paying more for Medium size instead. So when the young malay lady served the drinks, it was the small cup. I politely asked her, "Errr. Why did I pay more for a smaller cup?" She looked at me. Didn't say anything. Went back to do her work. So I asked politely again, "Hey.. Is this the medium or original size actually? Why is it that the Original size is cheaper in the ordering machine? I thought Medium is more expensive so I assumed that is the bigger size" She. Totally. Ignored. Me. And. Just. Refused. To. Even. Look. At. Me. Seriously....?! What kind of attitude is this?! Ok nvm. So i just walk away and went back to the ordering machine to double check if I was the one that see wrongly. At the same time, 2 other guys went to ask her the same question. She ignored them too. Finally, another male staff came over to say there's a promo of $1 off for Original sized drinks and thats why Original is cheaper in the ordering machine. Boost Management, 1. If you want to do promo, please indicate it in your ordering menu clearly. Seems like it's not just me that was misled by the price and paid more to get a smaller cup of drink. 2. Please do something about the attitude of your young staff. It's totally unacceptable to totally ignore a customer.

This place very poor thing the recent reviews are horrendous lol. Drink was perfectly adequate and wait time was short. Hopefully they were just going through a bad phase. Now got $1 off the original size to make up for the fact that prices went up by 50 cents

Super unhygienic all staff . Using bare hands and what's more croakcroach everywhere yesterday . I will sue until this company drop
