I’ve had a great experience at Beijing 101 thanks to the lady (Kay) who takes care of me. She’s always so kind and professional. Before starting, she checks my scalp and hair condition carefully and explains everything in detail, which I really appreciate. Her massage is amazing too, very soothing and relaxing. Saw an obvious difference just in one treatment, very satisfied. I have issues with excess oil on scalp and hair loss, but my scalp became so much more hydrated and less clogged! Also, very thoughtful and knowledgeable staff! Highly recommend 10/10

Loyal for Years, But No Longer Trusted
I’ve been a customer at Beijing 101 for many years. While the consultants have mostly been friendly, the constant pressure to purchase expensive packages never stopped. Because I struggle to say no, I ended up signing multiple times—even when it wasn’t financially wise. Every time, I had to rely on Atome to split the payments just to cope.
Since last year, my salary has been lower, and it’s been harder to manage. Despite this, a new consultant recently insisted I settle an outstanding amount from a previous package, with little empathy for my situation. The pressure felt harsh and inconsiderate.
I used to trust Beijing 101, but now I feel financially and emotionally drained. If you're not in a strong financial position or don’t feel comfortable with high-pressure sales, I wouldn’t recommend them.

Did a $38 trial treatment. Mavis is nice and friendly. Whole process is comfortable and can see improvement after 1 treatment.

Visited the branch for a trial and paid treatment but was pressured to buy a package instead. When I declined, I was told I couldn’t proceed with the treatment I initially came for. The staff,
Penny W was very pushy and rude. She acted like she knew everything, but in reality, couldn’t answer basic questions about the treatment. It’s a sale trap than a proper service. Disappointing experience!

Always feel so rejuvenated when coming here, my consultant is Kay and she always makes sure I’m comfortable. She advises me do’s and don’ts at every visit and tracks my hair growth progress closely. I always leave this place with soft, shiny & a tamed mane thanks to Kay!
