Highly recommend Kay — she’s the most encouraging and patient consultant I’ve ever met. She’s professional, detailed in her guidance, and genuinely caring. 1. She only suggests treatment plans that suit my existing conditions and progress. 2. She’s gentle and always checks to ensure I’m comfortable at every stage of the treatment. 3. I really appreciate that she never guilt-trips busy clients like me, even when I struggle to keep up with the routine. This outlet has a relaxing atmosphere — not too noisy or echoey — and is often filled with laughter from the team. Even the receptionists are a joy to chat with!
