I visited Auntie Anne's at JEM. The pretzels were warm, soft, and perfectly baked.

I have been trying to redeem my birthday 1 for 1 treat at auntie annie but all the outlets are having the system upgrading. I got so disappointed. However, Auntie Anne JEM is now giving out free pretzel. I have travel around the world from US, Asia etc, and Auntie Anne always have the best freshly made Pretzel 👍🏻

First time patronising Auntie Anne in Singapore given the price differential between here and in JB, and was terribly disappointed with the quality difference.. The pretzel stick that we got was perhaps left out for too long, making it nothing but a tough piece of bread stick (yeah no flavours). The original pretzel was a little better, but we thought it’s only because it’s hot.. Such experience was not to be had if we are paying more, granted the long queue was to serve customers hot pretzels too. If this was the first time I’m having this anywhere I would never come back, unfortunately.

I like this place. I come here every Thursday to get snack for my son as his supper, after his enrichment class. Thanks for being here always. ❤️

Would like to highlight the dough was tough compared to other Auntia Anne's outlet. Hope the staffs can prepare it better for customers to enjoy. Kindly advise staffs to follow SOP when doing their work. Appreciate the friendly customer service, but find it very inappropriate when cashier staff was singing loudly while attending to customers.

I come to buy just 2 corndog but the seller say cannot sell because there is Someone buy in bulk. Might as well close the whole shop if it is open but cannot buy anything. Why don’t you have other separate factory for bulk orders?
