Amazing!! i love auntie annes . their pretzels are always to die for but the staff here especially are the most friendliest . special thanks to Azlina!!❤️ she was really sweet and friendly , able to provide me good recommendations to which pretzel is the best and provided me excellent service .

Today I came to jem store around 11.50am the staff was alone but manage to do everything quickly, customer service also good and positive vibes in the morning and it made my day. Thanks to Malay staff wearing blue uniform and hijab. Thumbs up for the service. She Even remind us to join a lucky draw contest. 🥨🥨🥨 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

I have gone to Auntie Anne’s Jem outlet several times and I am always disappointed with the service. The staffs are unfriendly especially those attending to the POS machine. They always put on a face that people owe them a living. If not because I like pretzels and the nearest outlet to my house is Jem, I would not even bother to come to this outlet. I bought 2 pretzels for $8.30 and I paid using $10 (Well sorry, I don’t have change even though you prefer exact change). The Malay staff gave this frustrating look as she pondered how she should give me the change from the till. She asked me if I have $0.30 and I said I don’t. In the end, she does have change. I don’t understand why Auntie Anne has to develop this system of exact change preferred.

Please make sure they don't miss giving out your items. They didn't give us the caramel sauce we have paid (3 tubs) and missed 1 drink! Plus ordered passionfruit but get lime. Only noticed when we in the car otw home. Now I know the 2 star
