The noodle portion was rather too small, 2 - 3 mouth can finish liao.. soup was good but the meat was a few slice and the pork liver even lesser and small!! But the plus point was given a pcs of tissue. 🤣. Expensive also.. not fancy to come back again.

Ordered the liver soup and Signature Premium Scallops Dried Mee Sua. Both tasted average. The mee sua was rather soggy. Ingredients were not generous for both the soup and Mee Sua.

Portions are getting smaller and smaller but yesterday’s portion was ridiculous. Just look at the pic. The quantity and size of the pork slice was so little. Added $1 for 2 fishball and it’s no longer 3 fishball. Although noodle portion was ok but the taste was not good compared to last time. Overall $6.80 for this portion is ridiculous. Won’t be patronising for the time being.

The noodles were very nice and the soup was tasty. The pork slices were excellent! The look of the soup might be weird for some people but it’s okay for me and it’s very tasty. The disappointment was the service. The big guy responsible for taking order could have slightly better tone when engaging with customers.

Still a bit early on a public holiday easier to find seats.
Ordered 1 specialty noodle, specialty meatball and pig liver soup.
The pig liver is excellent.
Noodles especially the mee pok is not too well cooked.
Sauce is alight.

Ordered the Specialty Meatball Noodle ($5.30) which comes with a bowl of meatballs & minced pork, and dry meepok. The meatballs were really great and the soup was slurped up by the end of the meal; if that doesn’t tell you how good the soup is, I don’t know what else will 😂 Sauce in the meepok was well balanced and not too salty. Would be even better if there was an ‘all in one’ option, wanted to try the ingredients in the Ah Ma Specialty Noodle too 😂

Tried fishball noodle at JEM food court. Meepok was quite ok, though it's not so flavourful. The winner was the fishball & the broth.
The fishballs were chewy, savoury & really could taste the fish meat.
Clear broth was fusion with mince meat, mix well with the fishballs 😋😋

Ah Mian Chi Mian,
I had it with multiple locations especially in Hougang. The broth remains delightful, and the noodles are consistently tasty.
