Extremely bad customer complaint services. We bought 4 bras containing stiff circle inside. The 4bras are exactly the same. And after one day of wearing, it goes out and hurt my girlfriend a lot. So we decide to have all of refunded because of the quality of product.(Another bra worn was also turn out to be very painful but the steel didn’t come out. It’s clear it is actually a huge indicator for that the quality is bad. However, our request for full refund wasn’t approved. For the damaged item, they just offer to replace item instead of refund. That’s crazy rule. Though the salesclerk was nice generally.

Young Hearts looks to be advertised as a lingerie store catering to youths and teenagers, with many sleepwear and lingerie in bright colours and cute designs. However, it's far from that, most bras come in a 70B as it's smallest size! If you're petite, sales staff would push you to try various bras although it's the wrong size. Would look forward to an expansion of its size range ^^ It's a shame for them to not carry smaller sizes despite having youths as their target audience. This outlet is relatively smaller than other locations, which makes shopping here feel more restricted and stuffy. This outlet is also particularly known for having pushy sales staff, making the shopping experience quite stressful as they would be continuously shoving products at you. Avoid this outlet if you prefer to browse in peace!

Went in just to buy one bra but got cheated of my money to buy 4 bra sets for $73.30 . Never coming to young hearts at JEM outlet ever again . Bra should not cost $73.30 if it’s not even a famous brand like Calvin and Klein
