Great experience shopping here. Came a few times to try a few watches before finally deciding on this. Friendly staff and overall smooth experience trying, buying and adjusting my watch. Ms Joe were very nice since the first day our visit to this outlet. She explained to us about the watches that my husband interested with. She is very knowledgeable about brand of watches. We were allowed to make a deposit before purchasing the watch in few days later. She gave us a call before we came back to make the full payment of a Tudor Black Bay Chrono. Thank You Ms Joe. Mix experience here. The time I came here was a guy(uncle) who assisted me, very helpful and shared good feedbacks, even went extra mile to help me choose the best watch. The next time I came was a lady (aunty) half hearted to work and keep giving that lazy to help vibe. Already knew what I wanted but didn’t give me the chance to explain.Was only there to ask if sell the watch strap but she gave the sloppy attitude even when there was no one in the shop.
