A year ago, I gave 1 star for a very unpleasant service experience in the branch. In between visited a few times. Today surprisingly the experience was much better and just the effort of 2 people. 1. The staff at the reception counter. A man. Did not manage to get the name on his tag. but my visit was 13 March at 125pm. Please do help to identify and convey my thanks. He was very patient and very clear with explaining that his role could not help me perform the transaction. He provided a quick serve queue number. Then he went on to assist his colleague in settling some issues, when he came out of the cubicle, he realised the quick serve queue counter was actually closed, immediately he approached a colleague to help me before I had the chance to tell him that the counter was closed. Great initiative and observant. 2. The colleague he sought to help me. The colleague was not at the teller counters, he was one of the bankers sitting in the cubicle counter 7. I believe his name is Shawn Lee on his name tag. He was kind enough to assist with my transaction which actually only the tellers can do. He brought my transaction to the counter to complete on the spot. Great service attitude by the two staff. Good experience. Hope all staff can maintain this standard of service. It makes another person’s day even with the simplest gestures.
