Love the food here. Extremely tasty and the prices are affordable. There are seats available if you prefer to dine in. The crowd can be pretty long during lunch/dinner hours. Try it and you won’t regret it. Worth every penny

Fast and efficient. Rice at $2, with toppings of your choice, or you could go with the set menus. You can decide on the portion size of your rice and whether to have it with seaweed and/or pickles. There's always a queue during meal hours but fret not as the staff are efficient and queue moves fast! They have a small seating area within, but has always been full.

Tori Q at JEM always seems to have a long queue, but thankfully it moves quickly, so you won't be waiting too long to get your food.
It's a convenient grab-and-go meal—you pick your skewers, they place them over a bed of rice, and you're good to go. The skewers taste decent, with a decent grilled flavor that hits the spot when you're craving something simple and satisfying.
That said, the rice feels a little pricey at around $2, considering it's mostly rice topped with seaweed and a few pickles. Still, if you're looking for a quick and fuss-free meal, Tori Q is a pretty solid option.

Quick, fuss free and convenient meal that offers some level of customization - choose the amount of rice you want, choose your proteins, choose what toppings you'd like (sauce, pickles, mayonnaise, seaweed). the queue can get quite long during peak hours, but it moves quickly. A few seats in store available.

Cashier uncle with tag “ah lian” was very rude. Threw the spoon and chopsticks into the takeaway bag unhappily and he murmured $8.50 I asked him to repeat he repeated and casted a remark in mandarin still ask. Ah lian squirted the mayo on the rice instead of the fried food too just to add on. Food preparation staff were friendly and nice.

always always amazing food. enjoy it every single time without fail it's amazing. a good place for takeaway or a quick snack. love their rice combo. staff are so friendly and gives a good portion of extra sauce when requested. limited seating tho. dining in at this outlet not recommended for more than 4 Pax.

I was disappointed with my recent visit to Tori-q Jem. The service quality did not meet expectations, and I also noticed that the dustbin was not cleared. When the food I had just purchased accidentally fell on the floor, I asked the staff for assistance in disposing of it. Unfortunately, I was told to handle it myself. I found this response unprofessional and lacking in basic customer care. I hope management will take this feedback seriously to improve service standards and overall customer experience.

Very disappointed with this outlet and server today. Queued up seeing there were 3 sticks left of the item I wanted, along with other things. Lady in front of me ordered 2. Server told her to take 3 instead. Because of this, I could not order my item. Server should just serve the items and not add on to customer's orders. Was very frustrated and left, decided not to make my full order in the end.
