Dr Lim is friendly and we always see him.
On the other hand, one of the receptionist however, upon reaching the clinic, asked me to measure my own baby temperature. I was perplexed. I wonder why she did not want to do it on her own.

Dr Lim is a patient doctor who will listen to my husband and me on our observations made on our kids. He will also explain in details on what he diagnosed. We have been seeing him since April 2021.
The nurses are well trained and their caring attitude made me feel comfortable and reassured. Highly recommended to visit them.

I was provided a link to register online and join a virtue queue (instead of a walk-in in-person queue). I have been told to do it at 1.45pm when the afternoon queue opened up. I camped in front of my computer, and at 1.45pm, I clicked on the link. It showed me that all the reservation for the afternoon has been taken up and I have to wait until tomorrow. I refreshed the webpage a few times, sometimes managed to get him to try entering my child's name. But before I could complete my form, the page refreshed and showed me that the reservation is full again. It was 1:50 by then. This registration system is useless. I couldn't even make an appointment and include any information within a window of 5 minutes. This is infuriating, especially you have a sick baby who you are worried about.

Doctor Lim is absolutely amazing, we’ve been seeing him for 6 years now for 2 of my kids. He takes the time to provide you with explanations and answers any questions that you may have without rushing through it. He genuinely cares and we love that about him. Really really appreciate everything that he does!

Dr. Lim is a phenomenal pediatrician whose diagnoses are consistently spot-on. He takes the time to truly listen to both me and my husband, and always goes above and beyond for my daughter and patiently address our questions and concerns. We're incredibly grateful for his care and dedication—thank you!

Happy with the medication rendered by Dr Lim. My baby had severe red flare up on her face and her entire body was covered with rashes, after being diagnosed with the wrong cream from another PD. However, Dr Lim was able to provide suitable cream to her and her skin cleared in last than a week. He was also patient and gentle. Staff were very helpful in providing post-visit doctor memo because we forgot to ask for it.
Only downside is that the waiting time is long

Very organized queuing system, though you have to get in the online queue at exactly 8.45 am for a slot, as Dr Lim is very popular.
We have seen him a number of times now, and he has been nothing but really kind and patient to my son and us.
As a FTM, I am naturally a bit more worried whenever my son falls ill, but Dr Lim has a very reassuring presence and is able to diagnose and explain my son's symptoms in a very layman manner, making it easier for us to understand, as well as tips on how to make my son feel better after every bout of illness.
The reception staff at Jem are also very friendly to us, making the visit a lot less intimidating for my son.

Dr Lim was recommended by a PD friend of mine and I'm so glad to have been referred to him! He is now our preferred PD for all 3 kids. His accurate diagnosis, clear explanations and heart for the children and caregivers is very evident. I love that he also takes the time to explain the trajectory the illness is likely to take and what timelines to keep in mind so I can manage my own anxiety and know what to look out for the next time.
I will always remember him as the PD who gently told me we need to send my baby to the hospital in an ambulance and whose diagnosis was spot on. I was a mess but his calmness & quiet confidence helped me feel assured and well supported. Baby ended up being warded for a week but seeing you first was the best call we made. Thank you Dr Lim!! Can't thank you enough!

It was my first time going to Thomson paeds centre at JEM. Came quite early but was told waiting time is 3 hours. It was my mistake for not checking the queue status. Hence I went back home to wait. Received a text to make my way and once I reached, i was called in. Dr Lim was a very nice and friendly doctor. My son normally tends to cry during Dr visit. But Dr Lim knows how to make a child calm down and feel comfortable. Really glad I met Dr lim, he really assess my son properly and gave me advice on what to monitor. Some GP tends to rush the consultation but Dr Lim really listen to your worries and advice you accordingly. Gave my son a tidbits afterward. Thank you so much, I have found a permanent paeds Dr for my son. Also, the nurses are very friendly too. Thank you (: god bless you all.

A great paediatric doctor with extensive knowledge—very comprehensive, professional, friendly, and patient. Highly recommended. The online booking system is quite convenient, but it might be better not to repeatedly send messages about late charges, as parents with sick children are already under a lot of stress.
