Much as I love to shop in TSW, I feel the sales-girls can just be a wee bit friendly to customers. Sometimes I come out fast because i don’t really feel welcome. It’s not like I don’t buy anything each time I visit.

Good quality and affordable clothing. Wide selection of clothing from casual to formal. Worth visiting. Service staff is friendly too.

I would always visit the shop during CNY period, and both last and this year i had unpleasant encounters with the other customers in the shop. Understandably that the queue for fitting is long during CNY period, and some of them that came with their friends would ask them to change sizes while occupying the fitting room, not just once but multiple times, making the wait even longer. I hope that The Stage Walk can limit the customers the amount of pieces to try during this period like other fashion labels, so that it is fair to every customers. The staff could have been more flexible in handling different situations too. There were 2 customers taking their own sweet time at the checkout, and I have to wait 30 mins for them just to pay for my item. When asked if i could pay first while the 2 of the customers check their items, discount voucher that they want to use, and the app that they want to download to accumulate points, the staff just told me to continue to wait in the queue. She wasn't totally unfriendly or rude, just that I feel like she can be more flexible in this situation. When questioned, she even put herself in a defensive position and said that she can't rushed them since there is a risk of her being complained, but if we want we can be the ones who rushed the customers in queue. Which is such an odd suggestion. Overall, their service are not the worst but is not ideal either. Anyhoo, unless you really like their clothing, it is not recommended to visit this physical store.

Dresses here are all very nice. Patterns are v nice. The staff here(Bee Peng) is very friendly and helpful. Love my shopping experience here. Would recommend!

Saw that there has been no review of this JEM outlet so I'd like to update you guys. I came here recently on 18 Jan and today (25 Jan) before lunchtime and encountered the same staff on both days. Unsure of her name but she is skinny with long hair and curls. She displayed no pride in her work. Slamming hangers on to the racks, snatching hangers/clothes off from customers (me included) when going into the fitting room. Asked her if one of the skorts in the store came in other colours, all she did was pointed to some direction and walked away. Came here today to collect my order, told her I was here to collect my parcel and she just stared at me with a long black face as if I knew the SOP. She did not utter a single word so I asked her "what do you need? My name? Contact?" She replied "order number" sternly with no smiles, just long black face. Very passive aggressive. While waiting for her, she was slamming parcels for a long time. When she finally found my parcel, she aggresively threw it on the counter. I hope Jamie or the Head of retail department for Stagewalk sees this review and work on their retail employees' attitudes. There's no display of basic customer service or any sort of mannerism expected of someone working in the retail line from her. She is always visibly unhappy with her job and it shows in how she does her work, spreading her negativity in the store and casually tarnishing the brand name that I frequently patronise. I have never encountered such an unpleasant person like her in Jem outlet and certainly did not expect anyone like her to be working for StageWalk until the past 2 encounters. StageWalk's slogan is "dress to feel", get her to dress happier please.
