rude cashier,on the receipt 'goods are exchangable within 7 days for the date of purchase, with original pacakging', but the cashier refused to change for me, so what's the point for having such policy?

the china lady was very rude and talked bad about me in Chinese! I’m very baffled by this situation and she said I’m slow and wasting time or something like that. The female staff that looks singaporean/malaysian at the counter was friendly and helpful in my queries though.

I recently visited The Green Party at Jem Mall and came across some adorable husky plush toys. They immediately caught my eye with their realistic design, resembling little husky dogs. These plush toys are perfect for anyone who loves huskies or simply enjoys collecting cute and well-made stuffed animals. It was a delightful find that added a bit of joy to my day!

Visiting this knick-knack shop was a frustrating experience. The older shop attendants were extremely rude, standing in a corner gossiping instead of helping customers. Cardboard boxes, big and small, cluttered the walkways, posing a tripping hazard and making it hard to shop. It’s clear they weren’t unpacking or organizing. The teenage girl seemed to be the only one working hard, but the horrible customer service from the older ladies ruined the visit. HR please do something about it either send them for training or dismiss..Won't be back

I recently witnessed a rather unfortunate incident at this store. A customer accidentally spilled some coffee on a few plushies, and to my surprise, the staff immediately demanded that the customer pay for the damaged items. Accidents happen, and it was disappointing to see such a lack of understanding and customer service. It seemed like an honest mistake, yet the staff showed no empathy or willingness to help resolve the situation amicably. This experience has certainly made me think twice about shopping here again. It’s a shame to see how they handle such minor accidents with such rigidity.

So… I had an eventful day today. I did a lil bit of shopping in JEM. After a while, I realise I lost my wallet. I was frantic. Last I lost my wallet was back in 1997. Imagine that! My mind was frazzled. I kept thinking I might have left it at the last shop which I stopped by - Aldo - but they claimed they didn’t see it. Went back home stressed. I had to cancel all my cards. Reported to ICA on my lost NRIC. Texted my bff about it. Few mins after that, my bff received a text from this lady called Flora and she found my wallet!! OH MY GOD!! I was super relieved. She was the cashier at the Green Party. My wallet was there at the counter. Went back to JEM. They kept it for me. What surprises me most was they kept trying to search for a contact that linked to me. They searched the FB and in the end, they got hold of my bff via IG. Flora and the other lady whom I didn’t get her name - they are angels. Thank you so much, ladies. You’re a STAR. PS: Of cos I did buy something from Green Party hence left the wallet at the counter.

The quality of service is too poor I just bought this ring a few minutes ago and a small diamond was dropped. I asked the shop staff to help but the answer is can not help
