Friendly service by the guy salesperson on duty. He was patient and kept his smile while I asked to try many pairs. Would have left with a pleasant experience if not for the sales girl at the cashier. She blamed me for not hearing the price properly when I asked her if it’s correct and then just passed to the guy to complete the transaction coz I apparently couldn’t hear properly. V bad attitude

First and last time with them. Date visited: January 27th at 12:10 PM. Salesperson Angeline was rude, as if we owed her a lot of money or something bad had happened to her that day. I asked for my size and the color I wanted, which was between white and beige. She turned away and walked off. She returned with a nude-colored shoe. I wanted waterproof linen (I didn't know the correct term), so I said it wasn't the color I wanted. I asked what the color was called, and she turned and walked away again! All of this, without a smile. I bought the shoes anyway because I liked them. Management, please address her attitude toward potential customers. You can check the CCTV footage to see how I treated her versus how she treated me. Just because I wasn't dressed up—I was in sportswear and didn't have any designer bags—customers should not be treated like that. Angeline, please treat every customer with respect, even if they are not wearing anything flashy. Sometimes we don't display our wealth 24/7. Wow...definitely my first time experiencing this. Thumbs up for your bad service; I will spread negative word of mouth.

Had such a great experience at Sunday Staples’ Jem outlet! Hasya was incredibly patient with me and my friend as we took our time picking the perfect pair. She never rushed us and was so helpful throughout the process. In the end, we found exactly what we were looking for. Great customer service and a lovely shopping experience – highly recommend!

Great experience shopping at JEM outlet. Angeline is very patient and friendly despite my request to try on many pairs of shoes. No pressure to purchase. Have visited twice and both experience were great!
