Highly recommend visiting. Customer service was A+ level. Staff were very friendly in helping me choose the swimwear style I want, and they asked to make sure it was suitable before purchasing. No hard-sell at all detected, and mentioned all the vouchers I could use and points I could earn from the purchase without holding anything back. If you're looking for quality swimwear with great customer service, look no further to JEM Sun Paradise. Do pop by!

Ms Nancy Wee showed much patience and professionalism in explaining the range and variety & products in-store. Was looking for a Mens’ size 32 (actually 29”, but Arena online size guide states this smallest size is suitable still) and they had only 1 piece left. Even though I didn’t manage to purchase what I needed, am impressed and appreciative of their service. Would recommend*

I was looking for a pair of goggles for my son. I was served by Ms Nancy Wee. She approached me with a great smile and later on impressed me further with her service and deep knowledge of her products. She is such a delight.

Served by Ms. Nancy Wee dated 24th Apr 2022. I seldom visit Jem and but came across Sun Paradise this time. Honestly, I was just browsing with no intention to purchase in this shop (because the style which i actually wanted is already out). But then, Ms. Nancy showed great enthusiasm in her aspect of service, I tried on 2 pieces swimming suit and eventually ended up buying one. Not the sexier style I wanted but fit perfectly well for me to have a dip in my residences. No discount, not on sales but I do like my new siwmming suit. And thanks, Ms. Nancy for the service rendered.

No. 1 saleswoman who knows everything about her goggles! Took a lot of initiative and shared a great deal about the goggles. Plus point for not being pushy at all. Didnt get her name though. But be sure to get your goggles there! Featuring: View goggle in black, universal.

Called at 1.35pm on 29 June 2024 to ask if this outlet Jem selling men swimming trunk and was hanged up quickly by the staff who asked me to called back later because she was busy now and didn’t answer my one simple question that only need to take a few seconds. That’s was so unprofessional and rude!

Lazy female stuff. My daughter needed a bigger size but the stuff was so lazy to look for a bigger piece for my daughter. Kept insisting that my daughter should have tried the existing one.

I have been standing outside the store since 10.58am and it is supposed to open at 11am, it is now 11.10am n the store is still dark. So disappointed.
